Intellisys PIO is supported in the REX Control System

New version of the REX Control System was released, current stable version is 2.10.4.

The new version supports the Intellisys PIO add-on board for Raspberry Pi and fixes some bugs. There are also new features in RexView, mainly real-time trends have been improved. See the Development overview for more details.
