REX Control System talks to Siemens PLCs

New version of the REX Control System was released, current stable version is 2.10.7.

The released version supports straightforward data exchange with Siemens PLCs. Also the access to database systems via ODBC is supported. It also fixes some important bugs. See the Development overview for more details.

Along with the new version the RexHMI extension for Inkscape is updated as well.
