User friendly trends and I2C support

New version of the REX Control System was released, current stable version is 2.10.1.

Mainly the following features are worth mentioning:

• Improved trends and archives in the RexView diagnostic tool
• Export to CSV files from the RexView diagnostic tool
• Support of I2C bus within the REXLANG function block
