Steering shafts angle backlash measurement stand (Fuji Koyo Czech)

Universal stand can be used for angle backlash measurement for various types of mechanical joints (e.g. cardan joint). It was adapted for car stearing shafts. The backlash is measured by extremely precise optical sensors which are magnetically fixed directly at the measured shaft. The given torque (force) is applied at the joint by powerful torque drive which minimizes the backash in the own machine.  After easy fixing of the measured shaft the protective shield must be closed and the experiment is started by pressing single green button. The experiment results into detailed hysteresis curve and automatically computed angle backlash. Finally,  the elektronic PDF report is generated and stored in the company database. The machine HMI allows simple configuration of various experiment parameters. Developed together with ATEGA for Fuji Koyo Czech s.r.o.
